Elan Energy Matrix Office-Warehouse Reconstruction
Commercial and Industrial Construction was honoured to receive the Master Builders Association of Western Australia Best Industrial Building award ($1.5M to $5M category) for 9 Fargo Way Welshpool.
The property suffered a fire that had destroyed the front office and factory, leaving the rear warehouse on the property untouched.
This rebuild of the fire-destroyed building was designed and built for Elan Energy Matrix under a time imperative in less than nine months.
The project consisted of a 400sqm 2-storey corporate office fronting a 1,000sqm tyre recovery factory dedicated to recycling tyres into rubber, steel and oil.
Commercial and Industrial Construction provided a design and construct solution that improved site logistics, mitigated factory noise levels, and consolidated the office layout.
