Integrated packaging Office-warehouse construction
In 2019 Integrated Packagings Kewdale facility was destroyed by fire. We at Commercial and Industrial Construction were able to deliver them a new 3000m2 office warehouse to replace what was lost. Pre-fire, the lot consisted of two separate buildings, one of which survived. Rather than constructing a new separate building, we developed a design that tied in the surviving warehouse with the new office-warehouse, creating one unified 6500m2 facility. After visiting the project after handover, the owner said “The project was a credit to C&i Construction”.
